I have been helping clients through therapeutic bodywork since graduating from Northern Lights School of Massage in 1997. With over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping people find relief, restore balance, and improve their overall well-being.
In 2025, I completed training for Dynamic Body Balance. This unique approach has become the focus of my practice, allowing me to provide personalized care tailored to each client's needs.
I believe every body is different, and I am dedicated to helping each client feel their best.

Wear whatever you’re comfortable in; therapists will drape appropriately. For craniosacral or myofascial work, wear light, loose clothing.
Some clients feel immediate relief; others notice gradual improvement over days and weeks.
Mild soreness, fatigue, or emotional release can occur after sessions; drinking water, empom salt bath or foot soak, and resting are recommended.
Cash, check, and Venmo payments are currently accepted.
You may pay with your HSA/FSA card. I will provide a detailed receipt and a business card at the end of your session for you to submit for reimbursement.
It’s recommended to keep a prescription or referral for massage/therapy in your personal records to support reimbursement, but requirements vary by plan; you must file the claim yourself.
The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Your therapist can help you determine the best schedule for you.
